The meat was tough/hard to chew and just generally not good. The mango & basil rolls came wrapped in Saran Wrap (actually everything did lol) which gave it a weird smell that transferred over. The peanut sauce was mid and too thick. Idk overall, I don't feel this is the best place for take out but maybe in person is better. What WAS really good was the freshest basil, the pho broth, and the salted lemon & sparkling water although I'd definitely recommend cutting that down because it is very strong and if you don't like a soap-adjacent flavour you won't like it (personally I love that and found it refreshing).

The 60. Sate Peanut Pho is insanely good! Nicely spicy and huge portion. Spring 2. Veggie Spring Rolls (3) were also delish.

Best chicken Pho I have ever had... the roast chicken has an amazing flavour and makes the dish. The portion is also VERY generous.

Hands down the best 56. Grilled Lemongrass Chicken Soup in North Vancouver. I do order an extra piece of chicken cause the protein portions are the biggest but it's well worth the extra couple bucks.
