Menudo wasn't fully cooked and they threw in tortilla maiz. Imagine tripe not fully cooked and the maiz not hominy super hard. Honestly from now on I prefer the best Karlitas in Clovis. I either DoorDash, pick it up, or make my own menudo.

There were lots of beans, rice and chicken. I ordered the chipotle shredded chicken but the chicken wasn't really shredded more of maybe it was just pulled off the chicken, not actually shredded but was still very flavorful and not dry. There was maybe a sprinkle of cilantro onions. I also added guac to my burrito but it didn't have any, that would be my only complaint. I am still satisfied and happy tho!

The Pozole. was a little under seasoned for my taste but overall the serving size was perfect and they packaged everything up individually. The tostadas that came with the Pozole. order were amazing. I couldve ate 10 of them. The Menudo * SAT & SUN ONLY had the same serving size and my husband enjoyed it. The Taco Chicos were still good size even tho they are specified as small. The Quesadilla Sin Carne was one of the big ones and looked great. Overall would order everything again

The food was cold. The tamales didn't have much flavor nor did the rice. I will not be getting plantains from here again ever. They were cold, dry and hard. I was disappointed in the food because I have eaten at many Vallarta Cocinas and the food is always really good. I had to season the rice and tamales myself and put them in the microwave. Nothing could be done to save those plantains.
