• 3/20/26Cornmeal Fried Catfish was delicious! Light and crunchy coating on the fish, and yummy slaw. The Quesa Birria Duo and dipping sauce were too salty for my taste. Classic guac (GF) (V) † is always a favorite

• 3/22/26New Cornmeal Fried Catfish was BUSSIN! Brisket nachos (GF) † Regular Kick Ass Good as usual. Tried the Mexi-Cali Shrimp Bowl (GF) and normally get the Taco but I see I just don't care for velvet's rice flavor or texture

• 10/3/25The Rotisserie Chicken was dry, very little queso, just really bad compared to what I'm used to. The elite Elote guac (GF) (V) † elote was super watery... ew!

• 3/9/26Out of all rice bowls I have tried, this is worse I don't felt any flavour at all, no fried veggies, no flavored rice, and with extra 4$ they gave just 4 paneer pieces that's worse. I regret ordering rice bowls from this store.
