Bahn mi should be on French bread with crispy crust, not on supermarket quality loaf. Pork quality is fatty and a lot of gristle. Otherwise OK. Price Ok

The tofu vermicelli bowl is in thin strips that look like old French fries, and are bland to the taste. Coupled with the raw veggies and plain noodles, it presents a flavorless plate. The tofu isn't advertised as fried, and doesn't resemble the pictures.
