The 24. Bun Dac Biet ( Combination ) is super delicious and you get a nice mix of everything. I've eaten here for many years, both in store and to-go, and I'm never disappointed in quality or flavor. Always fresh and fast service.

Overpriced, bland, and terrible customer service. I paid $23 for seafood pho and added tendon. They packed the dish with carrots and celery, two shrimp, tasteless broth, and a tiny ketchup-sized packet of sriracha and hoisin sauce. As soon as my order was delivered they turned off the DoorDash functionality in the app. When I called the store the blamed the r missing add-on on the DoorDash driver, as if the DoorDash driver would steal steamed tendon - that’s a real popular one with DoorDash drivers: steamed tendon. I’ve had a few experiences where the food here is bland and lacking in main ingredients, such as the protein. Disappointing.

Bun Bo Hue is not authentic. There was no pork knuckle in it even though the description says so. The pork sausage tasted weird, tasted like soy sausage?? The A4. Crispy Fried Vegetarian Roll (5) is just ok. Super Over priced for both items.

Pho was flavorful and hot when arrived. Coconut juice good as always and had a decent amount of coconut meat. Good job.

Well, the Banh Mi was actually full of ingredients so I'll give them that.. but as far as flavor goes, the beef tasted really rubbery and plain. 
I ended up dipping my sandwich into the soup side (which is packed with flavor - slightly salty) to really eat the rest.
