• 1/8/24This is my third time ordering the Bun Bowl. It is always so good. The packing was slightly different this time; however, you get more in this round bowl than the previous rectangular packaging. They also did not forget my extra Pork&Shrimp Egg roll this time. I recommend trying it .

• 4/20/25The Bun Bowl had good flavor but was mostly noodles and didn't have much veggies or meat for the high price. I was most disappointed with the Sparkling Limeade- tasted very watered down and not sweet at all, just tasted like the bitter part of a lime. Additionally it didn't have a safety seal to prevent tampering or spilling in my dasher's car . Overall a decent meal but not the best.

• 3/14/25I've eaten at the Vietnoms at Valley Fair (before they closed) and really enjoyed their food. I was hoping for a similar experience when ordering delivery from their San Jose location.
The Salad Bowl was incredibly underwhelming. It was nothing like the picture - barely any tofu and mostly lettuce. I expect a salad bowl to have lettuce... but I wasn't expecting to pay $17 for dry lettuce and 5 pieces of tofu.
My husband faired better with his pork Bun Bowl which is why I added a star to this review.
Overall the prices do not justify the sad portioning that you get. We won't be ordering again (which is disappointing because the Valley Fair location was so good).

• 12/11/21The bowls were ok, but felt skimped on the protein. I ordered the chicken vermicelli bowl with extra beef, but there was only like 3 pieces of small chicken (size of thumb) and same for the pork vermicelli bowl. Nice presentation and clean looking but value needs to better. Everyone can look at this and know they can get more for less at any other restaurant. Also... requested no bean sprouts but got bean sprouts... if we had a food allergy, this would have been bad... just saying.
