"Fusion" typically involves mixing two or more cuisines to make something better. It doesn't mean you can leave out the basics such as caramelization and the Maillard browning process that's at the heart of authentic Indian cuisine. Get the basics right and *then* innovate. For the price vs quality this deserves zero stars. And before someone claims this is just customized for the Canadian palate, no - I've eaten at Fusion restaurants in Toronto and NYC that have managed to bring out the authentic taste of Indian while toning down the heat levels for North American consumers.
