Omelettes are served with toast and jam. Choose from 6 grain sourdough, 100% whole wheat, white, cinnamon raisin, rye, San Francisco sourdough, cranberry walnut, brioche or 9 grain.
The cafe noir and delicious hazelnut are from magnum coffee, spring lake's own local roaster. Black and tan, Mexico, espresso, and our decaf is roasted at uncommon coffee roasters in saugatuck. Our bakery blend is roasted by ferris coffee and nut company and comes from femenino, a non-profit organization that helps female-owned coffee plantations in developing countries. Enjoy!
