• 12/9/21Well, for whatever reason the special instructions area was disabled and I like my omelets with a specific type of cheese (which isn't the standard cheese omelets typically come with). I called the restaurant fully expecting them to deny my request for the cheese I wanted for one reason or another. To my surprise Erin (hope I spelled it correctly)made sure the cook (hats off to the cook for a wonderfully delicious meal 😋) used the type of cheese I requested. I had a procedure earlier today, hadn't ate anything and was craving comfort food...and VI delivered it. Thank you.

• 3/14/24My son's pancakes were undercooked and the Celebrity Chef Salad ingredients were either on the verge of going bad or they used canned chicken when it was supposed to be fresh. I paid over $15 for the Celebrity Chef Salad but considering what I got, I wouldn't have paid $10.

• 1/24/24There was no gravy forthe 1/2 lb. Chicken-Fried Steak & Eggs*
Wasnt given an option to order additional gravy, ordered biscuits and gravy, and that gravy was only half full.
Hash briwns were undercooked. Barely yellow/brown and cold.
There was no jam/jelly with the toast.
Tomatoes on the salad were over ripe and wrinkled /split. Made salad taste spoiled.
There was only 18 fries with the BLT/ and they were cold/ half cooked as well.
On positive note, we did get a lot of ketchup packets and 9 sets of plastic utensils.
The sausage patties and the Turkey Bacon Avocado Melt were ok.
Was disapionted with the outcome. Never had an issue with specific restaurant before.

• 2/21/26The communication with the staff was exceptional. Had to call and inform them of my daughter's request on her food and they were very attentive. It's always pleasant when I order with them . I appreciate their consistency. Definitely will order again

• 9/28/25Food was cold. Hashbrowns and pancakes were not cooked enough. Pancakes were raw in the middle and potatoes were not fried enough/not cooked through.
