It all started in Europe in the 80’s. Wally was abroad studying to become a dentist. Being away from his family in Lebanon, he missed home cooked meals. He started experimenting on his own and develop…
All of the food on the menu are fresh and authentic. The portions are not skimpy. We primarily get take-out, and our meals always come with lentil soup, baklava (the best! light, crispy, and not too sweet!). Our favorites are the falafels, gyros with lamb, baba ghanoush, and tabouli. Their hummus and tzatziki sauces are so fresh and flavorful!

Wally's Cafe is amazing and my favorite Mediterranean restaurant and the best Lebanese in town. Their toum (garlic sauce) is so delicious. I usually get the chicken pomegranate but opted for a Chicken Salad today and it was 10/10 delicious.

Wally's never fails, ever. Most consistent restaurant in Sacramento area, and by far the best Mediterranean/Middle East food in the area. Always good portion sizes, healthy and fresh, absolutely worth the price. I order from here at least twice a month, sometimes more.

The Falafel was well-seasoned, and there was just the right amount of sauce. Not soggy, but not dry, and the vegetables were fresh and crisp. It came with choice of French fries or onion rings, I got the fries. They were good (crisp outside, soft inside) and came with a container of ketchup. The complimentary lentil soup tasted homemade, it was absolutely delicious. Also included, a lovely piece of Baklava! It is rare these days to get full portions for the price, and that is certainly what you get here, and then some! I will definitely order again, and I recommend Wally's to anyone who loves good food. Can't wait to try other items on the menu.

For the prices charged, the portions are very small. $30 fo an entree and only 5 stops of gyro meat.....
Overpriced, flavor was ok. Better options out there for a lot lower cost. Baklava was stale and a few days old.
Will not try again.
