I ordered the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie™ Bag. I was honestly surprised...my order was EXACTLY right & it was made PERFECTLY. The last 2 times I ordered from Wendy's, it was disastrous. Perhaps that's the difference between ordering via their app & ordering straight thru DoorDash. I think I paid about $1 more ordering thru DoorDash, but to have my food done right & with respect was definitely worth the extra dollar.

Coke tasted like seltzer and a hint of every drink in the fountain, fries were over cooked, sandwich had the tiniest pieces of bacon. Looks like they took one piece and broke it in half.

This was the worst wendys i ever been too my fries taste like they were 3 days old cheese wasn't even melted on there my nuggets taste like they were 3 days old they didnr even have the barbecue sauce on the nuggets properly and everything was just very lazy made! Plus the girl at the machine had me sitting there very long and didnt even acknowledge the fact they were only taking door dash orders

Taste was off for the food. Only thing that tasted good and normal was the nuggets. Chicken Crispy Chicken Sandwich tasted horrible, in the jr Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie™ Bag, the bread on the burger was hard. Lettuce was fresh but burger color was pale. I wouldn't order here again.

Jr Bacon Cheeseburger was good but the patty has seemed to have shrunk in both size & thickness. The Cobb Salad was also quite tasty even though the Pomegranate Vinaigrette dressing that I specified wasn't sent along with Light Sour Cream and Buttery Spread that was specified for my order of Sour Cream and Chives Baked Potato.
I do wish whoever does the final check of outgoing orders be more diligent in making sure that the order is complete as ordered by the Customer before sealing the bag(s). Maybe this should be the responsibility of either the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. Overall Experience this time around: Not Bad but Plenty of Room for Improvement.
