the Biggie Bags is a big win for getting my grandchildren a take out treat. the hamburgers are warm, the fries and nuggets are not burnt and the rime of ordering and delivery was quick.

my cheeseburger had as much ketchup on the outside the bun as the inside is was uneatable completely a total waste of my money and my fries had SIX that's right 6 fries absolutely worst experience ever especially after waiting forgot get it. Do not order here

Food took 15 mi longer than estimated time and they were out of potatoes as usual so they substituted with fries but didn't adjust pricing. This Wendy's location is the worst one i've ever visited as far as service as well as food

it took 45 minutes to prepare my order, My dasher waited at the store over 20 mins for it. My dasher delivered to me on time,so it was not his fault.When I opened my sandwich, it was dry , not fresh at all.i order this sandwich all the time so I know that it is always hot and juicy. 1 ⭐for quality of food 👎

The food was okay, but the bag wasn’t sealed. For delivery orders, sealing the bags is really important for safety and to make sure nothing gets opened or touched during transit. It would be great if they made that a consistent part of their packaging.
