Excellent customer service and the triple berry frosty tastes fantastic! Wendy's needs to add more flavors!

From the Wendy's in Finneytown on Galbraith, I had a disappointing experience. The fries were stale, the burger was dry and lacked flavor, and my lemonade was warm with barely any ice. Overall, the meal fell far short of expectations, and I left feeling very unsatisfied.

I ordered single combos and received jr hamburger combos. And the burgers were burnt to a crisp. I'm not sure if my fries were fries (tasted like burnt cotton). Yall nasty, I'd bet you don't change the grease. NEVER AGAIN

I received my nuggets and fries but didn't receive the burgers from my order. This is the third time this store has been missing food items from my order. There were also only 3 nuggets in two of the containers.

the Sausage Gravy & Biscuit...one,the gravy was too thick and two, the biscuit was cut in half. I was disappointed.
