burger was good, but unfortunately didn't get the frostys that were ordered as they didn't have them.

10 PC. Nuggets Combo The nuggets were not included in the bagSon of Baconator® Combo The meat on the sandwich resembled chili meat. It was very well done and very sloppy, and it looked unappealing.Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag The spicy nuggets were left out of the bag for this combo as well. When my husband went back to get our items , the staff was argumentative , and he watched the sandwich that was remake for us to get sent out the drive thru. Due to the freshness issue , the lack of including all of our items and the poor customer service , we will not be ordering again.

I ordered the Baconator combo. When I opened my sandwich, I saw that the bacon was not well done. I called the store, and they told me I could come up there and get another one anytime I was in the area. When you order food, it should be done. I wasn't able to eat my food that I ordered, and that was all that they could offer me. Very disappointing!

My order was incomplete. Cobb Salad was missing and employees were extremely rude and hung up on me at Solon Wendy's . Neil the manager was nice when I called but would not give me employees name that was rude.

Fries arrived very cold and chicken sandwich had the smallest piece of lettuce and tomato I ever seen!
