My order was prepared correctly overall, and the food was good. However, I was disappointed with the customer service experience.
I placed my order through DoorDash as a customer, not as a driver. Because the order was taking a long time, I went to pick it up myself. When I arrived at the drive-thru, the employee initially told me I couldn’t pick up my order there because it was a DoorDash order. I explained that I had placed the order as a customer and was simply picking it up myself. After some discussion, she eventually allowed me to stay in the drive-thru instead of making me park and come inside, which I appreciated since it was raining and the whole reason I ordered ahead was to make pickup quicker and easier.
The other issue was that I requested ketchup when placing the order and also specifically asked at the drive-thru window for plenty of ketchup. The employee acknowledged my request and said she would make sure it was included. Unfortunately, when I checked my bag, there were only 2 ketchup packets for 3 sandwiches and 2 orders of potato wedges.
The food itself was fine, but better attention to customer requests and a smoother pickup experience would have made a big difference.

Everything's was hot, fresh and really good! The only thing was I ordered a large meal and my drink was a large but my potatoes wedges weren't. But other than that everything was good! I'll be ordering again

I asked for extra cheese & also lettuce on my son of baconator but instead i got a small amount of mayo an ketchup with only 2 pieces of bacon THAT IS BURNT
