Overall I love this Wendy's! Hands down they always get it right and it's always fresh!

Terrible quality. The wrap was dry, brittle, and falling apart.The grilled chicken was obviously reheated multiple times as it crumbled like dry wood when chewed. The chili was mixed with old and fresh chili. My son's nuggets were reheated, no spicy, but dark as if they were. And, blah blah blah......just an absolute horrible meal but that's a constant with this location.

I ordered Dave's Single® andJr. Bacon Cheeseburger and didn't get either one. Both burgers were severely downsized. This location tends to make mistakes regularly.

biscuit was very good but potato wedges were sliced to thin and hard.
Cinnabon® Pull-Apart was a little dry .

I asked to pick up the order through the drive thru and was told no. I told them I couldn't get out bc my son just fell asleep. When I was given the bag. The top to the chili wasn't on so it dumped out in the bag AND they didn't give me the 4 piece nugget I was getting for my son. So I gave him some of mine to make up for it.
