What I love about Whataburger is it makes you say, "WHAT A BURGER"! It's a nice sized burger, fulfilling, fresh, and I don't get tired of it! Heads up, put pickles on your patty melt and change the bun for 5"! MMAAAANN, you'll thank me later.

The store took forever to prepare my meal. My chocolate shake taste like berries. The staff gave my DoorDash driver someone else's order at first. At least the fries were fresh and hot I guess

Sandwich tasted burnt the bacon was too crispy to the fact i couldn't even tase it, it was so crunchy

Noticeable taste difference since the remodel. Also, the patty melt comes dry every time. It's almost like there's no sauce on it. I got into the sandwich because of the sauce but now my husband and I look at each other and spit it out after a few bites. This isn't my first time ordering after the remodel. There's been several orders just to "give it a chance" because maybe new people are getting trained... but after a few months I think it's safe to say that I'm disappointed in the changes that didn't need to be made.

the fries were cold and hard. The burger was ok. It took Whataburger the better part of 45 minutes to make my food. My driver had it to me in 10. Not sure what the hold up is on Whataburgers end but they need to do better
