I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Whataburger. The packaging and food quality were not up to standard at all.
The fries container was barely filled—there were hardly any fries in the box—and the packaging itself was smashed. On top of that, the gravy wasn’t even halfway full, which makes it feel like I didn’t get what I paid for.
This isn’t just about one item—it’s about consistency and attention to detail. When customers spend their money, they expect their food to be prepared and packaged properly. This experience felt rushed and careless.
I hope this gets addressed because I usually expect better.

Did not order jalapenos for the double cheeseburger yet there was a ton. The cinnamon rolls were extremely dry and bland. the Sweet & Spicy Bacon Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger was edible. I've ordered before and had no issues but this was terrible.

Burger was not made properly , there was no ketchup added and it was sloppy I just threw the whole thing away and would like my money back . This is ridiculous my cob salad had 3 pieces of meat with no ranch , no fork , like so unprofessional

The fries were all cold and the Cobb Saladhad old lettuce and bad tomatoes and the dressing was missing.

There was no sauce in my bag. Very disappointing. Especially when you pay for some of them. Also fries seemed very old and onion rings were way over cooked but somehow still cold. Burger was good.
