terrible order. no care taken on the burger. cheese was not properly melted, drowned in mustard, and SOAKED buns. drink was FILLED to the brim with ice.
sad thing is they were busy and it was a twenty min wait, which should mean fresh burger.

The order was delivered in two open brown paper bags inside an open plastic bag so the food was not secured to prevent tampering. The medium order of fries was less than half full and the gravy that was ordered for the chicken strips was not included.

No straw and one of the #20 Taquito with Cheese was sausage and not bacon. It was thrown out. Service and attention to detail is really bad at this location lately. I order from the almost daily and the straw is missing on a regular basis.

GHAT dang!
I've left some bad reviews from time to time on this location, today reminds me why I still come. WB may not be what it was before they got bought out but EVERY now and then they just SLAM one outta the park. Today's burger was fantastic. Good job, credit is due and you guys earned it.

Let me start out by saying, we love Whataburger and enjoy the food. This time was disappointing. They didn't give us any ketchup at all with our meal and we all ordered ketchup. We didn't receive our bug bites graham crackers with our kids meals and one of our burgers we ordered was inedible because of ingredients on it that we have an allergy to. It's disappointing when the people preparing the order are not paying attention to details and we end up with some of us not being able to eat.
