I ordered the Oxtails with a side of shell eggs. The oxtails were well-flavored, a little tough. The eggs were cooked perfectly; however, eggshells should not be part of the dish. Unfortunately, the grits were extremely watery and lacked flavor, with no thickness to properly absorb the gravy.
Would I order this dish again? No. At $47 per plate—especially when ordering two, the portion and value does not match the experience.

The oxtails were extremely salty I've had them at the restaurant and they were very good. These oxtails seemed old and salty; not smoked. They were tough to chew.
The smoked wigs were just okay. They had very little "smoke" flavor. The bourbon sauce made them taste better.

Missed all of our sides (potatoes and bacon). Sausage was old and almost rotten, literally couldn't finish. Portions seemed generous, but a lot of garbage is not better than a little. I will Never order from here again.

Surprising as it may be, not everyone wants over fried wings and soggy waffles. The presentation and portion size were decent.
