Never tried this place before but have wanted to. Better than any chain coffee spot and even most smaller ones. Best coffee ive had. Choco chip cookie was huge and so good. 10/10 will definitely be back, weekly, as it's just a couple miles from my work. Thanks for the wonderful coffee!

This is the ONLY Gluten FreeVegan Whoopie Pie brand that is FLUFFY, SOFT and NOT SUGARY. If I don't figure out the recipe I'm going to go broke ordering them. The Matcha Latte is one of the better local offerings. I think the reason others give it lower ratings is because they are wanting something sweeter. If you want REAL ceremonial grade Matcha, order from here and add honey. My only slight eye roll is that you have to pay for sweetener. However, I'm fine paying a few cents for honey, as long as the grade of matcha stays high and the overall cost remains slightly lower than the other local haunts, that use a lot of syrup and matcha that's been overflushed.

I love they're Bistros! I have had every flavor. Their GF products have good taste, but they have been drier and quite crumbly. I've also enjoyed all of their drinks. They are definitely a REAL COFFEE biz. They have great balance of coffee and dessert vs "coffee" shops that confuse dessert for a coffee drink. My only real "sneer" is regarding the $1.50 cream cheese cost compared to $1 for bacon or eggs. I feel like I'm being punished for being "basic" in my Bagels tradition.

I have bought from this cafe for months now and I absolutely love their Blue Berry Fog but for some reason the last two or three times I have ordered it I receive what tastes like plain warm water, disappointing as it was becoming a favorite drink of mine. This time they also gave me a wrong drink instead of what I ordered. And the Sliced coffee cake was half the size it was last time.
I hate to leave a bad review as I was starting to love this cafe but I feel it is unfair to spend $5-6 on a drink and then recieve something that tastes like water.

They added a surcharge for my drink being iced, and that wasn't an issue the last time I placed an order. I wasn't looking for amazing customer service, but the server was smug and short when I arrived to check on my order. I waited an extra 10 minutes for my breakfast sandwhich to be lukewarm, cheese not even melted. I'm not coming back.
