Ordered a signature sauced sandwich and it was smaller than the bun and it was just the chicken breast without the coleslaw. I didn't select any modifications so I think staff was just being lazy since it was a late order. This is usually one of my favorite places so just bummed to have an expectation for how their food usually is and it not be met.

Ordered the Large traditional wings only. Only received 9 wings out of the 12 advertised. All wings were drums, no flats mixed in. Wings were also small, but tasted fine. Sauces were nice.

The food is great, unfortunately I will likely only dine in after this point. The packaging was very poor and our containers of ranch exploded in the bag and everything was covered in sauce. I struggled to open the loaded mac n cheese because the ranch made the packaging slippery. It's very disappointing since the food is good quality, but I am not interested in cleaning up a huge mess again.

I love the wings! May have to change to only ordering when I can pick up my food. The only suggestion on delivery orders is to seal the entire bag. You could even fold the bag and seal it. It would make the buyers feel more comfortable.
