Never enough sauce, and the extra sauce on the side is a little over half way filled. Pretty expensive for what you get. Otherwise, all the food was great!

Ordered traditional wings that were supposed to have Louisiana dry rub and they showed up covered in butter and with barely any seasoning. We were also missing the large ranch that we paid for and the fries were just laid in the bag without being in a closed container. Ended up driving the order back to the store and saw there were open online orders on the status screen that did not look like they were started (I received a photo from my driver 30 min prior to showing up at the store, and the same name was still on the board) and the only employee we could see in there was just blasting music and not working. He tried telling me that was just the way the wings were supposed to look, but we regularly order the dry rub and what we got was not it.

My order was missing 5 out of the 40 wings that I ordered. Also, the order consisted of mostly drumsticks. There were about thirty drumsticks, and about five flat pieces. None of the boxes were labeled so it takes a while to figure out which order belongs to who. 20 Wing
