Ordered the cheesecake waffle with grits and scrambled eggs it had a Terrible presentation paired with terrible taste on all items involved

So I ordered chicken and a shrimp basket. They messaged me saying that they substituted my shrimp basket for shrimp and grits which I did not want Instead of asking me if I wanted something different or canceling the item. Not only did they change my item, they then sent gumbo which is something that I don't eat. The chicken was good but I definitely will not order anything from them again.￼
