the dan dan noodles were so salty they became impossible to eat. both the meat and sauce were too thick with sauce, which should have been watered down. the noodles were a little bit undercooked and hard.

Noodles taste like they were frozen and reheated making them turn into mush and the pork chashu I can't tell if it was over cooked or if it's freezer burn. The broth is really good
