I have been dining at Yen Ching for over 30years. The food is of consistently high quality. The hot and sour soup is a crowd pleaser to be sure, but the crab Rangoon and egg rolls are top notch. One of my favorites is their orange chicken. There is real orange used in this dish!

100/10 First time trying. I'm not big on Chinese food but literally everything was delicious. The D15. Crispy Honey Chicken, the D13. General Tso’s Chicken the A4. Peking Dumpling all the best I have had anywhere! Great portions, great fresh flavors.Would definitely order again

I always enjoy my meals from Yan Jing--but this evening? Whoever was in the kitchen this evening was in their BAG! My order was cooked to perfection--wonderfully seasoned, the A4. Peking Dumpling had a nice little sear on them. The beef in the B4. Beef & Broccoli had such a great flavor. Again, this is one of my favorite restaurants so I'm rarely disappointed, every meal is pretty good, but this particular order was above and beyond!

Easily the worst take out Chinese i have had in Richmond. Tasteless. Weird "meat" soy chicken. Hot and sour was watery and also flavorless. Even the egg roll had a funky flavor. The owners and cooks should taste the food at Jiang's to compare how bad their food is to how good Jiangs is!

The C8. Chicken in Orange Sauce and C12. Chicken with Mixed Vegetables were great, but the A23. Hot & Sour Soup is a stand out star. Hands down my favorite in RVA. Y'all put your heart and soul into that!
