Oh man, you can't go wrong with these crab Rangoons & once you have them, no other Crab Meat Rangoons will compare! Hands down the best ever! The creaminess, the flavor...chefs kiss!

The General Tso's Chicken and Shrimp,Moo Goo Gai Pan ,Egg Drop Soup (For One) ,A Cup of White Sauce ,Ice Tea , and Crab Meat Rangoon were wonderful, tasted GREAT, & was very hot! Yen Ching is the best Chinese restaurant in Evansville! Portions are large, as well. Here's a picture of everything we ordered together. :)

Yen Ching's food is NEVER bad. Their dumplings are the best. Greatest egg drop soup. Lo Beef, Chicken & Shrimp Combo Lo Mein was excellent and so was the Chicken Two Delight

Not a huge fan of the dark meat in the chicken fried rice..also lots of gristle & they were chewy...but the Crab Meat Rangoon was phenomenal, as always!

The Mongolian beef and the fried rice as well as the egg rolls were very nicely done. Very tasty and the portion was very good size. I highly recommend inching if you're looking for good Chinese food.
