Delicious! Tried both the Beef Classic Bone Broth (Non Spicy) / 经典大骨原汤 and the Classic Bone Broth (Non Spicy) / 经典大骨原汤 and they were both so flavorful and had the tastiest (and fun) ingredients! The beef bone broth had quite a spicy aftertaste so I tried the classic bone broth afterwards. I was initially worried that the mild broth would not be as flavorful but it was so good! A different flavor but equally with depth and layers or flavor. Will order anytime I'm too lazy to hotpot for one at home.

The stuff inside was not good. Lamb was good but the organs I did not want. It would be nice to be able to choose what to put in there next time. Won't order from here again unless options are available.

The store doesn't seal their food and dasher can easily eat the food. My rice has an obvious rip and the original tape is gone when I receive my food. It happened twice already.

The food is good but I dont recommend ordering online for pickup in this restaurant. The first time I did, I had to wait a few more minutes even if it says ready for pickup. Today, it was worse, I came in and they're not even aware that there's an online order placed even if it says ready in the app. They had to start preparing my order while I wait standing and no sorry or anything at all. I usually order in advance online for pickup so that I don't need to wait but it seems useless on this restaurant.
