sushi was fresh and delicious. The Soft Shell Crab was great but very small. Tonkatsu was more breading than meat.

I would say more like 4.5 stars, but not quite 5. Everything tasted fresh and for the most part entirely worth the cost. The only thing that seemed over priced was the fried Soft Shell Crab, it's quite small. I also paid for extra sauce thinking I'd need it but I absolutely didn't. The Spicy Tuna Roll was not spicy at all but the flavor was really good. New York Roll is one of the perfect complex rolls. And the Gyoza Soup was super flavorful and still very hot. I'm pretty happy with this place and will probably get again.

the food was good, but the salmon tasted ever so slightly fishy. i thought this might be because i ordered late into the day, maybe it had been sitting for a bit. i appreciate how they sectioned most of the different fish apart from the others (sashimi, sushi, roll) with the little grass, but i wish there was more of an effort to have sectioned it off from the ginger- which i'm not fond of. the only thing that struck me as a bit strange was that there was rice in my soup. it was slightly concerning, as i wasn't sure how this happened, but it tasted fine nonetheless. overall, i would recommend this place, but this was definitely a lot of salmon- you really have to love it to get this! i really love raw salmon, but i hit a salmon barrier about halfway through this.

My experience here honestly didn't start off so well. The pickup system at 1am was inefficient and I ended up waiting a long time to be helped. There was a problem with my order so it was not ready then.
The chef personally helped me choose new items, and he was kind and patient. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. English is not everyone's first language, so I would not recommend coming here if you are impatient.
The food, though, made the wait totally worth it in my opinion. Everything was so fresh and delicious. I was especially happy with the generous portioning of the tuna roll, which had a huge piece of fresh tuna inside, about 3 times more than I am used to getting from other places. The tuna tartare and futomaki were also excellent.
The food left nothing to be desired, and I will be back even though I had a long wait this time. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that this was a one time thing. The staff is so kind and accommodating, you just have to be willing to talk to them and treat them with respect.

Delicious very satisfied, the fish was fresh especially the Mackerel and Fresh Scallop!! I usually don't write reviews but this place deserves it!!!
