A couple things we're not great unfortunately. First of all, the two diet sodas we ordered were full sugar. Secondly, the portions were VERY small. Lastly, the food itself wasn't great (chicken overcooked, rice undercooked, huge pieces of cabbage for the salad). Would not order again.

I paid extra for dressing for cabbage and teriyaki sauce. Plus I paid even more for thick teriyaki sauce. There was no dressing nor sauce on chicken. The chicken and rice was dry. Terrible .
I have been to the store and nothing is served like this was.

Highly Disappointed! Spicy Chicken had no flavor, steamed rice was way over cooked, only ate a few bites, threw the rest away. Thick Teriyaki Sauce was old and watery, the plastic cup was stained from how long the thick sauce had been sitting in the cup. Gyozas was good. Very sad and Highly Disappointed in the quality, this is one of my favorites. Think I'll wait to reorder from them again🥺.

Food was cold (except the sushi, which was supposed to be cold, was tepid). Rice was hard and chicken was dry and tough. California rolls had a strong fishy odor and taste, which is unusual for imitation crab, unless it's not fresh. I hope I don't get sick from it later. The salad was just shredded lettuce and already turning brown. I didn't eat it.
Not the driver's fault. She texted me several times to say the restaurant was running slow. I ordered around 1:30 in the afternoon, so past the lunchtime rush.
There are lots of good Japanese restaurants in Salem. I won't be trying this one again.
