Everything was absolutely delicious. Price is super affordable .. portions are HUGE and they actually pack the hot sauces and pickled jalapeños when I asked!!! The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the bits of pork fat and garlic.... chef kisses! The broth on the side tasted clean and perfect balance of flavors. The vegetables were fresh and so was the meat! The 02. Mi Triču Chan (Khô / Nước) / Egg Noodle Chawzhou Style. The Pha lau- was so tender and clean tasting. Will definitely order again.
