Yutaka is the most authentic, the best. Order a bowl of Tonkatsu Ramen, it is SO good. Even if you are in a hurry, if you would like to bring it home to eat it, the packaging is perfect and it will taste just as delicious as it would if you are dining in.
It is a sophisticated soul food broth, but not too complex for a sensitive stomach (ask for no spice if that is the case). If you prefer spicy, it's even more flavor without being too much. Perfect balance.

Yutaka has easily become my favourite place in the Parker area. The food is always fresh, consistent and beautiful! The fish is delicious and highly recommend it!

I am very disappointed with the the Dragon Roll (6 pcs). There is very little meat on the inside which makes the cucumber tase very over powering. I wont be ordering this item from here again.

Beautiful tempura! Tasted great. Loved the spicy scallops and the sake salmon. They don't need to chop up the scallops into such small pieces. I like the bigger pieces better.

Whether your eating in the restaurant or ordering delivery I have had consistently amazing food from Yutaka. I LOVE sushi and I'm so happy to be able to get great sushi here in Parker so I can fully indoctrinate my sons to eating good sushi. I love that they are adventurous enough to order all the full roles, sashimi and even chirashi. Thank you Yutaka for all the delicious meals!!
