Just moved to the area and decided to give Zaxby’s a try… and WOW. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch with fries, and it actually looked like the commercial! 😂 It was loaded with chicken, bacon, ranch, and cheese, no skimping at all. The fries were hot and delicious too. It’s so refreshing when the food you get actually matches the pictures. I’ll definitely be back!

Zaxby's is always a hit in this household! The portion was huge especially a great amount of fries. Everything was hot and fresh when it arrived. Fried White Cheddar Bites are the best. They sent plenty of Extra Sauce. Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla is so good, I prefer the wrap they had before but nonetheless its still very good. Traditional Wings & Things is my personal favorite.

Last to order from Zaxby's were not up to their normal standard. The one I ordered last week, the tenders were dry and hard to chew in the Texas toast was too tough to even eat. Very disappointing and wondering if somebody knew is handling the account. Don't think I will order from them again unfortunately.

Ordered 4 finger plate. The entire plate was room temp and stale, fries soggy, "toast" was soggy, chicken fingers tough to even bite into. Also one of the fingers was less than half the size of a normal chicken finger from Zaxby's- it really couldn't be swapped out or just throw in another one?

Bad value and will not order from them again. Maybe they have new owners because their food used to be great but the last two orders have been pretty awful. This one the chicken fingers were from 1-1/2 to 4 inch's. Since I paid $29 for the order, I will not allow them to take advantage of me again very sorry that they have gone downhill that don't expect better meals in the future.
