$8 for 10 white cheddar bites is insane. There used to be like 20 in there. Fries were old and hard. Disappointed in the quality zaxbys has now especially for the price

The tenders and wings were overcooked and very dry. The wings barely had any sauce but the fries were coated with seasoning. They left out my dipping sauces too. The cookies were very good and the tea was good

I'm not sure what is going on behind the line at this Zaxby's but training is definitely needed!! I'm not sure how many times I've ordered from this location, whether I'm in the drive thru picking up or I'm getting delivery, the STORE never follows instructions. Paid for extra seasoning & did not get even a single crumb of salt on the fries. The meal calls for 3 tenders...I got 2.
I've tried so many times to give this place a chance, but they can't even check the order to ensure it's correct before placing it out for pickup. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO GET THEMSELVES & STAFF TRAINED PROPERLY!! It's a new store so this consistent service/quality is unacceptable.

Sweet tea was ordered but got regular tea.. wings were tasty but it looked old. I will order again but only if I'm in the store
