Usually go to slims or canes but figured I'd try zaxbys. It wasn't horrible but there are definitely better chicken places to eat from that are cheaper. The sandwich I got had very tough rubbery pieces and it wasn't that great. I can't speak for anything else on the menu except for the fried pickles which were pretty good but honestly how can you mess those up.

great customer service especially the gm for this location she helped solve my issue with my order she wasn't rude she was very respectful I'm going to continue to order from this store but be careful ordering Zaxby's through doordash pay very close attention to the order detail specifics and what you click on

Don't call Zaxbys if you are not hungry. I had the 4 Chicken Finger Meal.... It was outstanding.
I will order from them again and again and also try other entrees..

salty, chewy, cold fries, no ice in drink and the lady at the drive thru window was as hateful as can be and charged me 1.75 for one side of ranch....rip off...I'll never go back to any zaxbys
