On my lunch break I had to leave my store after having my food delivered. I had about 8 fries. It almost look like a kids portion. Also we're not fresh. Paid for large sweet tea and was told it was out, mind you I paid $2.00 more. Yes I was pissed by time I got my food replaced and was offered a specialty lemonade all because I couldn't get a refund on my $2.00 up charge. Will not be going back to Saraland zaxby.

Always delicious, no problems as far as taste and quality. However, with the price of their food, I want to get what Im paying for.... I only received 5 wings in my great EIGHT boneless wings meal. Pretty dissappointed because I couldve paid less for a smaller meal if I wanted less than 8.

my Kickin Chicken Sandwich was not chicken tenders like it normally is. Its just a cut up chicken patty? if I wanted a chicken patty I wouldve ordered a different sandwich.

I never got my Chocolate Chip Cookies, and the chicken tasted burned, but overall it was good, but there was WAY too much seasoning on the fries, I couldn't even finish them.
