I've been going here recently and have never been so satisfied, the chicken is always hot and crispy, it's never soggy or cold like other places. I always get the chicken finger plate and haven't been disappointed, I only wish I tried this place sooner!
way better than Chick-fil-A and raisin canes, sweet tea is just as good(if not better in my opinion.) the food more bang for your buck with better quality to boot!
I'm absolutely obsessed with this place!

Beyond disappointed with my order. The salad had a very small chicken tender that was chopped up as finely as possible to make it seem like it was the normal serving size that is usually used for the salad. Then on top of that, the cucumber was very very old to the point that it smelled like it had been sitting out for a while and was extremely mushy and see through and one of the "slices" wasn't a slice but a whole chunky end of a cucumber with the stem still attached. I barely had any bacon and the bacon they had the audacity to give me was badly burned. Whole salad went into the trash. I'm not even going to say much about the "peach" sweet tea that had absolutely ZERO peach flavoring added. Today was a total fail at Zaxby's. I honestly almost feel like I've been pranked.

Only gave 4* because it was good 7/10 but not something IMO that will be on the food rotation. They didn't have the ZaxSeas Surf & Turf Meal , but the DDasher was great and called me. The restaurant was so nice and provided a tender meal of equal value. The Extra Sauces ordered were larger than regular dipping cups.

Now I get zaxby's all the time. But today I got a Kickin Chicken Sandwich and Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded Fries. When I got my food it was cold, the food wasn't fresh, not to mention it didn't taste good. I think that's due to the fact that the food was reheated. The fries tasted bland and like it was heated , then it got freezing cold, then got reheated again. over all it wasn't good. It wasn't a good portion of sauce on the Kickin Chicken Sandwich, it was very little. But that's a non issue. Now i'm not going to downplay like zaxby's isn't good because it is. Because my food is USUALLY fresh. I don't know what happened today but please fix it. :/

The only thing that tasted decent was the toast and the fries . The chicken sandwich was very chewy and the chicken just had a odd taste to it and the loaded fries just tasted bad .
Sry for the bad review but that was 90 something dollars wasted .
