This is the best moimoi i've had in years!
the Zobo is just right. The egusi is very flavorful. But the star of the show is the goat. tender, well seasoned.
portion sizes are large enough to share and spicy, but not too spicy.
i'll have to go back and get the oxtail- they ran out. so i got the goat instead. i am so not sorry.

The Chin Chin you get is not what is pictured. The rice tastes like it was not washed and the plantain is burnt and soggy in the Ayamase Sauce, White Rice w/ Fried Plantain. The Puff Puff (6 Pieces) is burnt and under cooked, raw inside. You get better Puff Puff (6 Pieces from Twins catering for cheaper. Don't order here. The Meat Pie is not that good and you only get 1. It is also full of butter. The Fish Roll is not good either. Im definitely disputing this order.

As an African American man, I am getting familiar with my mother's land's culture and food. My Nigerian doctor recommended Zion Kitchen. I'm glad I tried this restaurant via DoorDash. I've had Jollof Rice once before at another African food restaurant and once homemade. This is my third time. This was the absolute best tasting Jollof Rice and my first African Oxtail! I will be ordering from this place again.

Let me start with the fufu tasting like the bottom of a metal pan. the ogbono had no taste at all (nasty). To top it off i received 3 drum sticks for chicken . This meal should have been free. I really want my money back. it was a waste!!!

The Egusi Soup, Fufu w/ Chicken was soooo flavorful. I will get it again and again. Decent enough to fill up one person, but I shared it and we were both full!
