The eggs in the Zip Omelette was more raw than it was cooked and there were egg shells in at least 3 bites. Also, the Lilikoi Drink had no flavor, it tasted like water only

I've ordered from this location multiple times, however, I was disappointed with the chicken Katsu. It was quite dry and rough and definitely overcooked. But like usual they did a great job packaging everything I really appreciate double bagging of the chili and I'm thankful they remembered to add the cheese. and utensils to the order. ￼

Chili Frank almost $20 but when I opened it why can I see the bottom of the plate?? Very disappointed.

14 bucks for a mini Korean fried chicken and I get only 3 pieces, never will I pay for this portion! This rip off, waste of my money. 3 bucks more how many pieces of chicken will be a regular plate? I want to know this cook on Tues September 11 that made this mini Korean Fried Chicken, if y'all will pay 14 bucks for 3 pieces of chicken u out of your mind!

Sunny side up eggs in Meat 'n Eggs was not sunny side up. It was over cooked and burnt underneath. The Loco Moco rice was mushy and gravy was watery.
