The NY Steak was bland no salt or pepper and not prepared medium rare. The Chimichurri was old, the greens used were now brown and not a vibrant green, the taste was sour and the oil seemed rancid. The fries were overcooked and lacked a tender center, pretty dried out. The Caesar dressing was oily and served room temp and also tasted sour and slightly rancid.

Every time I order from this place they put the butter on top of the to go boxes and it melts everywhere and makes a huge mess

toast was burnt. Instead of toasting new bread, they just tried to scrape off the burnt spots. I tore off the burnt pieces
