I scheduled an order for pick up, but it wasn't ready when I got there even though I was late to pick it up. The cookies were good and were so large, we split them with many family members.

I bought the 6-pack, 1 of each cookie and it didn't taste fresh at all. They were very hard and stale. I wouldn't order it again because I spent almost $50

Ordered at 8:30pm, cookies were stale. They threw in a freebie, however it did not compensate for the other 4 hard as rock cookies.

Crumbl cookies are always good im just sad they did have the flavor I wanted (lemon pie). But they replaced with choco chunk which is a classic fav so it still was devoured.
