"I decided to try the Tinker Smash Lunch! Wednesday special - double patty double cheese smashburger with bacon and grilled onions, served with fries. I love me a good smashburger and the crispy edges of this one had me delighted. Plenty of grilled onions as well as good tasting bacon (though I prefer mine a little more well done, however the texture complimented the charred patties well). The fries seem to be fresh cut, my only complaint is they were a bit soggy but that's personal preference as I like shoestring cut more than natural. Overall a great deal and I would absolutely order this again for a quick and tasty lunch.
Not pictured was their Tequeños Queso which I obsess over (as well as their House Sauce (SIDE) ) and their Classic Perro . It was my first time trying it and it was pretty good, next time I want to try a different variety. The hot dog itself was good and has a nice snap, the roll is a bit sweet but I imagine with the right flavor profile it smacks."

My son took a bite and his was sherbet—which isn’t ice cream. An odd substitution to make but we thought ok we’ll just go back in and tell them we want to swap it. After getting inside I checked mine and it was chocolate, which I cannot eat. So I asked to swap mine for a non chocolate option like what I’d originally ordered. But if they have to make substitutions they need to do better about reaching out to the customer to make them aware; if they can’t reach them then they should wait for them to come inside and inquire face to face.
