I had been on a juice cleanse and ordered VD as a treat and took a bite if the Maple Cream and could feel little electric pulses in the roof of my mouth and back if my tongue. Think it may have been from eating so healthy for a few weeks then slamming about 10000 grams of sugar in one bite into my mouth. In all honesty though, VD is amazing and makes the most outrageous donuts that probably could include a "surgeon general" notice along side.
