I've eaten at other Chili's locations in person a lot, so I was expecting a good meal. but the steaks (ribeyes) we ordered medium rare came well done—nowhere remotely close to medium rare or even medium. the fries were cold and soggy and just thrown into the container with the steak where they turned to mush from the steak fat. the servings were also smaller than in person, and everything was a mess, overall. i don't know is this how Chili's does their mobile orders or is it just this location, but it was a horrible value. 0/10 would never order here again."
