"I order from here multiple times a week because I love this place so much. 10/10. I've tried multiple things on the menu now and they're all phenomenal. By far the best Korean food around. No place comes close. Also, the service in person is excellent too if you dine in. All the servers are extremely kind and friendly. I briefly mentioned I didn't feel well one time because I had a headache and the server went and brought me a cup of tea to feel better just out of pure kindness. " I got the 도가니탕 Ox Knee Bone Soup (Doganee-tang) first off, the packaging is terrible. Very difficult to open since it's all wrapped in plastic. Second, the ox knee bone soup barely had any cartiliage. It was mostly chunks of meat instead of tendon. Not what I was expecting for a ox knee soup.
Also, the kimchi looks very old. Super black and spotty pieces of cabbage.
Very disappointing experience. Won't be ordering from the store again. "
