"This past summer, I found my breakfast haven at Commack Bagels Deli Market. I recently ordered an egg sandwich that was nothing short of perfection. Over the years, I’ve sampled my fair share of Egg Sandwich, but lately, I’ve struggled to find one that matches the ones I enjoyed in my youth. Well, it seems I’ve finally found my spot!
I opted for 2 eggs cooked over medium, paired with sausage and extra cheese, all piled on a Kaiser roll seasoned with just the right touch of salt and pepper. What impressed me most was the consistency - whether I ordered when I’m in Commack or Huntington, the sandwich arrived promptly and still piping hot. That moment when you take a bite, and the warm yolk spills out, soaking into the bread, is the essence of a perfect breakfast sandwich.
Many places default to scrambled or fry it until the yolk of the eggs become solid, missing the mark entirely. It just doesn’t taste the same unless the yolk is tastefully gooey. Commack Bagels Deli Market is only one of two spots in the area that are the only places that offer the choice of egg style, and they nail it every time. They truly invest the effort to tailor your sandwich to your liking.
To add to the pleasant surprise, I was given a complimentary 12oz coffee, even though I had forgotten to include it in my order. They generously included a bunch of sugar packets too. I wholeheartedly recommend this deli for your breakfast cravings any day - they serve up the finest breakfast sandwiches in town and you can custom make it with so many options to choose from."

"This may have just become my fav deli on Larkfield. been staying at my sister's place about a mile away, so I'm unfamiliar with most of the local spots. Was in the mood to try something new. "I find that the quality has gradually gone down from about a year ago. They just discontinued the cheese danish which I liked because they were not loaded with sugar or sprinkled with powdered sugar. Why do bakeries add so much sugar to everything to the point of sickening. I don't believe that everyone loves to load up on sugar in everything they eat from a bakery. Simple corn muffins also discontinued. Maybe it is DoorDash who removes items from their menu. The large almond croissant doesn't have very much almond filling and it dries out very fast. The whole thing has to be eaten right away and can't save half for later or the next day. The muffins are still okay. I used to order large quantities of many items but unfortunately will not any more as the selection of low sugar items has diminished. The new apple cinnamon pound cake that I thought wood be moist is dry and not good. The same goes for all the pound cakes. Maybe some items just don't move too fast and are not fresh after a few days out. Sad because this was my favorite bakery."
