"Look I know orange chicken isn't health food but it was soggy and tasted like it was pure sugar. Even a 5 year old thought it was too sugary and wouldn't eat more than 1 piece. The Pad See Ew was just a bland grease ball. Maybe 4 pieces of carrot and two pieces of broccoli with a couple of slices of tired beef in it. I ordered their highest level of spice and it really just came out as hot as sriracha. I really hoped for better food based on how promising the place looked. Yes, I ordered the wings too. Barely crispy, weird mushiness under the crisp. I ordered them as a backup incase I found the Thai spiciness of the Pad See Ew to be too much.
Anyway, will pass on ordering again. Bummed because they are so close, I was hoping I found a Thai spot nearby to frequent."

"Food was overall good, the images of food show the serving to be larger than they actually are. Sunday morning roll was the size of a quarter so I was expecting the rolls to be a regular size for $11. Matcha tiramisu was pretty good but really small for $8 too. Definitely not worth the price but not bad food."

"The Pad Thai was extremely disappointing. There were barely any noodles — it was mostly vegetables — and the flavor was very poor. It didn’t taste fresh or well-prepared.
I also received the wrong item. I ordered one thing and was given Shrimp Shumai instead, which was not good at all.
The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.
I used to enjoy Cloud 9, but after this experience, I won’t be returning."

"Tried several different things on the menu including the Vegetable Spring Roll, Tiny Spring Roll, Pad Thai, Brocc Dishesoli, and they were all ok. The spring rolls were each probably the best thing. I asked for extra broccoli in the chicken & broccoli dish and I think a $2.10 up charge for six more pieces of broccoli if that, is a little much. Not much flavor in the pad tha. The chicken and broccoli doesn't have much flavor other than sweet which was odd. Prob won't be ordering this again. Overpriced for what you get. "

"well the flavor was fantastic but the portion was under a lunch for one and paying that much I would want to be able to share it with one or two other people. there was a lot of bone there was a fair amount of meat for a miniature lunch portion but for entree far beneath the amount that should have been served. a lot of liquid quite a bit of rice and if you were to include the bone and they were big and you're starting to get near a single person's entree for around $16. The bread that came with it was broken up and in pieces rather than whole pancakes so you could scoop it up and eat it was impossible. I don't know who let this out the door but somebody was not considerate. the heat level was right flavor was great The portion so small I just consider it inconsiderate. The samosa lacked texture and flavor the crust was fantastic. once again a lot of possibility but some failures enough to be very disappointing. I really enjoyed the flavor of the sauce but mostly just liquid."

"The food was amazing! I had the Pad Thai with Tofu, and a spice level of 4. Very spicy and tasty with enough food to eat leftovers for lunch tomorrow. My husband got the Sesame Tofu (Gluten free/Vegan Available), with a spice level of 3 and a side of fried rice. It was some of the best sweet and sour sauce we have ever had. A perfect blend of sweetness and sourness with just a little heat. We also got the Thai Fried Rice (level 1 spice) which was very good as well. It is so refreshing to be able to order nearly anything in the menu, as we are vegetarian. Being able to choose the protein is fantastic, and Thai Tea House makes excellent food! The Boba Teas are also amazing and always good! The best in town! We always get the Taro Milk Tea as it's our favorite, and our kids loved the Strawberry Milk Tea! "

"Great local Thai place! the Ginger Salad was light, bright, and refreshing. The Coconut Soup (Tom Kha) soup was on the sweeter side, but nice and cozy without being heavy. The Pad See You was a bit more mild than I expected (even with the mild spice level I chose) but was still great, its one of my go to choices and great for those who are new to Thai food. "I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. The salmon roll is not as pictured, does not have salmon in top or cream cheese. It also did not have Nori. And was had the tiniest piece of salmon inside. Wish I would've taken a picture, but I had to step away for work and my daughter ate it before I was able to come back and take a picture of it.
The hot mama (I think that's what it was called) has the worst texture of filling. And the hot sauce is so overpowering. You'd think they would drizzle it on. No, it was lopped on.
