"I'm not a big fan of BBQ, but I wanted to try some. After looking at a few popular places and reading reviews, I decided to try Gaitlan's first. I ordered the 3 Meats combo plate. I ordered turkey, brisket and home link. The size of each was generous. I wanted to try the taste of the meats before dipping in sauce. Each one was lightly, nicely smoked. Very tender. The crust on the brisket was beautifully flavored and complimented the meat. The sausage was very flavorful and the skin had a nice snap to it when you bit into it. The sauce complimented the meats quite well. The baked beans were nicely flavored. The potato salad needed a lot of help. More chunky, less creamy. Add boiled eggs and some mustard. The fried okra was crispy. The cornbread muffin was way too dense, no flavor. Really needed some TLC. The muffin needs to be more flavorful and perfectly crumbly. Maybe add some jalapeno pieces. But definitely needs work. All in all, the meal was awesome. The meats were very tender and delicately tasty. I would definitely order from here again despite the distance from me. Kudos to the Gaitlan's BBQ. Was a beautiful experience indeed!"

"The food is always AMAZING here but if you place an order online I recommend you call and confirm it was received the last 2 times I have placed an order online they tell me when I arrive or the driver arrives that it wasnt received. This is annoying and can be incredibly frustrating when you ordered lunch for an office event and people are waiting on the food.
