I’ve been trying for a few days to find my favorite burger in DC, and so far, out of the 5 places I’ve tried, this one was the best. Very flavorful, great sauces, and the meat was cooked exactly as I requested!
I’d just suggest a couple of small improvements to make it even better: the lettuce on the bottom tends to get soggy, so placing it on top might help with texture. Also, using a slicer for the onion and tomato could make the slices more uniform — the red onion and tomato were a bit thick, which slightly affected the overall balance of the burger. With more consistent slices, the flavors would be even better balanced.

Wings are great, still warm and crispy by the time it got to me (I put sauce on the side), and the sauce was very tasty, like a sweet, more liquid-y gochujang. Miso soup was great (pint size), takoyaki was good too! Huge skewers which was a happy surprise. Their rolls are very big compared to other sushi restaurants, with a great rice to filling ratio lol only thing I would say was that the rice felt a little undercooked, but I also ordered late at night so they probably didn't make fresh rice which is understandable.
