The saffron rice, grilled tomatoes, peppers, and fresh onion salad were all outstanding. The portions were generous, and every ingredient tasted incredibly fresh. I felt like the rice was good; maybe just a little bland and there needs to be an option to order extra sauces (the orange sumac? Sauce is AMAZING; need more of that!) or to get a side of pita bread and hummus; also an option for water bottle or sugar free drink. I did like the Palestine orange soda. It would also be nice if there was an option for something like a grilled chicken salad. I thought the chicken was tasty but also a little bit dry. However, the beef was delicious. I ordered one regular beef bowl and one chicken bowl and I felt like both were pretty good. I would also say that I would give them extra points just for being a very small local business versus a chain. I'm always rooting for a smaller business to be successful. I would say that the quality is there. I would like to see more more cucumber and tomato in the bowl, maybe a little bit more seasoning on the rice. The only difference between the small bowl I ordered and the large bowl was that the large bowl is twice the depth and has double the rice. If you're hungry, that's a good value for another two dollars. However, the overall whole effect was enjoyable and a good value. Get dr I was at home so I tossed a couple of tortillas in the car toaster and made a couple of little wrap fajita tacos with it and it was super delicious as a whole. I would say it was pretty tasty. I would've liked more sauces; sauce on the side; an option to pay for more veggies; and maybe the option to order other beverages or a salad but I understand it's a small market and I'm glad to see them into the market place"

We ordered lamb biriyani, chicken karahi, pani puri, 2 garlic naan and mango lassi. This was enough for me and my wife for dinner and to return to eat as a snack later in the evening.
We have had the lamb biriyani before, it is so flavorful and the portion is enough for me and my wife. The chicken Karahi was a first time for us and we both really liked it! I feel it would be better with goat or lamb so there is a reason for us to order again!
The pani puri was delicious. I've watched it being eaten online for so long, finally got to try it and I would order it again! I wish more puri is served, maybe two or three more just to finish up the pani... the taste is too good to waste so I drank the water!
Naan is cooked perfectly and thin and a great option instead of cutlery.
The mango lassi drink is perfect to cool down your mouth in between bites, the sweet really goes well with the savory spice. It has a slightly thinner than smoothie texture.

I also ordered a cup of lemon soup which was good. It came with a small bit of bread. This was the clean healthy meal I wanted. I enjoyed it and would order again.
